Which data, and what for<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Contact form.<\/strong> Your name, your email address or phone number and your message, to answer your question. The message is emailed to the salon and not stored on the website.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Appointments.<\/strong> Your name, phone number, email address, the chosen treatment, date and time, any note, a product you’d like to add and a discount code, to schedule and confirm your appointment and remind you of it. You get a personal link to reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Offers by email (only with your consent).<\/strong> If you tick the box for offers when booking, we keep your email address and name, and as proof of your consent: when you signed up, the text next to the box and the IP address at that moment. We then occasionally send you an offer, sometimes with a personal discount code. At the bottom of every email you can unsubscribe with one click; it works immediately. After you unsubscribe we only keep your email address with the date you unsubscribed, so we never email you again by mistake.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Ordering products.<\/strong> Your name, phone number, your email address if you give it, what you order and when you collect it, so we can get your order ready. The order is sent to the salon by email and is not stored on the website.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Review requests and reviews.<\/strong> After an appointment we send you one email asking for a review, unless you indicated when booking that you would rather not. You can unsubscribe with one click below every email. We keep track of when we asked and whether you clicked a button, so we don’t ask again if you have already left a review. If you write a review on our site, we keep your review, the number of stars and the name you give; we read every review before it appears on the site.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Measuring in emails.<\/strong> We only measure whether you open an email from us if you consented to offers by email; for that, the email contains an invisible pixel. We count clicks on buttons in a review request, without storing your IP address or browser details.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Reminder for a new appointment (only with your consent to email).<\/strong> A few weeks after your visit we may send you an email with a personal link to book a new appointment. Behind that link, your name, phone number, email address and last treatment are ready for you; the link works for 45 days and contains no personal details itself. You can unsubscribe below every email.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Remembering your details on your device.<\/strong> If you tick “Remember my details on this device” when booking, your own browser stores your name, email address, phone number and note. These details are not sent to us. If you untick it, they are deleted from your browser; after a year your browser forgets them automatically.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Applying for a job.<\/strong> Your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, address, your company name and Chamber of Commerce number if you have one, CV, motivation or cover letter and when you can start, to assess your application. When you enter your postcode and house number, our website looks up the street and town at PDOK, the government address service; only the postcode and house number are sent to PDOK, not who you are or your IP address. The files are stored securely outside the website and are not sent around by email.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Job alert (only with your consent).<\/strong> Your email address and what you want to be notified about, and as proof: when you signed up and confirmed, and the text next to the checkbox. Your sign-up only counts after confirmation via the link in your email; you can unsubscribe below every email.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Legal basis<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We use your data because you ask us something or make an appointment (performance of a contract or a request for one), and to secure the website (legitimate interest). We only send offers by email if you gave your consent yourself; you can withdraw it at any time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Cookies and third-party services<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This website doesn’t place tracking or advertising cookies. We don’t use Google Analytics or similar services from other companies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Our own visitor statistics.<\/strong> To see which pages are visited and how visitors find us, we keep simple statistics ourselves: the page visited, the website you came from (name only), any campaign code, the type of device and clicks on call or directions. We place no cookies for this and don\u2019t store your IP address; visitors are counted per day with a code that changes every day and can\u2019t be traced back to you. The data stays on our own server and is deleted after 25 months. If \u2018Do Not Track\u2019 or \u2018Global Privacy Control\u2019 is switched on in your browser, we don\u2019t measure your visit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Cloudflare Turnstile<\/strong> protects our forms against spam and bots. In doing so, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details, in line with Cloudflare\u2019s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Google Maps and Instagram<\/strong> only load when you click on them yourself. If you do, your browser connects to Google or Meta, which may collect data and place cookies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

How long we keep your data<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We keep appointment details for as long as needed for the appointment and for our records. Details we must keep for tax purposes (such as receipts) are kept for 7 years. Security counters (without a traceable IP address) are deleted after 2 days. We delete applications 8 weeks after they arrive, or 4 weeks after the procedure has ended; with your consent we keep them for a year. What we record about review requests is kept for 2 years. We keep proof of your consent to offers for as long as you are subscribed and then for at most 5 years after the last email we sent you (as required by the regulator ACM). Discount codes and their use are kept while they are valid and afterwards for our records. To be completed with the final periods.<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Your rights<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You may view, correct or delete your data, and object. Please contact us to do so. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).<\/p>\r\n\r\n
