Cancelling and rescheduling

Can't make it? Please let us know as soon as possible. You can cancel or reschedule via the link in your confirmation email or by phone. The salon will still set the deadline (for example up to 24 hours in advance).

Not showing up

Still to be decided by the salon.

Payment

You pay after the treatment in the salon, by card or cash. “From” prices depend on the length and condition of your hair; we discuss the price with you beforehand.
